SCAMMERS NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THE MANUFACTURE.A brand new running experience with New Balance that's about 1 1/2 month of process on a return. It should never take anything pay 5-7 business day after that it a factoring of fake projections if not process correctly they keep acting as if its doing well when its not. Just took my money around the world and held to project good number for the month. Nothing because this outfit didnt have when I ordered it. NO BODY WANTS TO HEAR SORRY THEY WANT MONEY AND A LITTLE SOMETHING FOR THE HARDSHIP CAUSED BY DOING BUSINESS WITH NEW BALANCE.two months for 134 dollars SHAME ON YOU buy the show every place but the manufacture. I did find the sneaker at another sight 20 dollars cheaper then New Balance and my order shipped within two business day. The return it took 3 phone call after 45 day only to be told by the fake Supervisor that oh well bottom line. They knew that the stock was low took my money never sent me a email when I finally phoned thinking maybe they were stolen they advised that the sneaker was not in stock. The 327 maybe a cute its not that cute that it takes beyond 45 to get you money returned only to be told another 5 to 10 business days. So if you are planning on purchasing a New Balance produce, Don't it will fall apart and you will be out all your hard earned money. The store I went to was New Balance Store at 315 N. I believe he was putting his profits over customer satisfaction and if this is how franchises support New Balance. Then he went on to say that this store was an "independent store" and went on to say there is nothing he can do to resolve this problem. So I asked him to compare this to one they have in stock, he refused. Well, Well the response I received was not what I expected from a customer focused organization.įirst, the representative (Mark McCauslin) with an attitude told me this was a rocker sneaker and there was nothing wrong. I went on line and contacted their customer care representative and they referred me to the store where I purchased them. I purchased a pair of New Balance 1540v3 in September 2022, after six months and over $180.00 the sneakers toe curled up to the point they would cause pain when wearing them. I would also advise my friends to avoid this brand also. I told her that I would never ever purchase this brand again since they fall apart faster than a crappy pair from Walmart. She invited me to go purchase another pair at my convenience. I advised her that my home is air conditioned & the shoes were kept in a nice box, inside a larger plastic tote box. She said she can't speak for other brands, but because NB sat there's nothing they can do. I also have other brands that I've owned for 25 - 30 years that don't disintegrate/breakdown. I told them that other brands have sat longer & Ive worn them no problem. I called customer service today and because they sat for three years, they could care less. Not what I was expecting because this is a supposedly high-end shoe. Approximately 4 hours later they were so disintegrated that I had to take them off. Within an hour they started breaking down on the foam part of the sole. I took the tags off and wore them yesterday. Three years later, I was looking thru my shoes and re-discovered these.
